Another Poem

So I was going through my old school work trying to find my "best work" for my PDP when I found this poem that I wrote my freshmen year of highschool. I liked it and thought you all might like it too.

A Peaceful Place

Do you
have a peaceful place
where you go for you quiet
treasured

where all is sweet

and nothing wrong

and nothings there

but quiet

Do you

have a place

where you long to go

but nobody knows

where nothing

can reach you

or take from

your secret oasis

is it calm

and serene

and just yours

to keep

Do you have

a place where

it's only you

and the wind in your hair

your own private place

in nature

where only you

are welcomed close

or are you

still searching

for that one secret place

where you can be safe

and nobody knows it... but you?
